Natina Reed's death left many of us in a state of shock, and the mystery of her accidental murder seems to just keep growing.
According to police reports, the 32-year-old had been staying in StudioPlus Atlanta Peachtree Corners motel, which charged $45 a night, just before her death last weekend.
Natina's family is still looking for answers surrounding her death, and is planning a press conference to discuss the case, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
Her mother said in a press conference earlier this week in Atlanta:
"We are hurt and distraught about the untimely death of our daughter Natina. We have been asking for the preliminary report from police. Why did it take so long for them to give it to us?"
While she was hit by a car, Natina also wore a dark-colored outfit leading up to her death.
Police spokesman Sgt. Rich Long told the press:
"It’s kind of a dark lit area. There is not really anything in that area that’s open at that time of night, that would be any kind of a draw to a person up there."
This is a very tragic case that we hope can be resolved soon enough to put Natina's life at peace.
