NEW COUPLE ALERT!? Leonardo DiCaprio Cuddled Up & Cuffin' In Cannes With Blake Lively (PHOTOS)

Chilling in the South of France, Leonardo DiCaprio and Blake Lively were spotted cuddled up on a boat in Cannes. The two actors got the rumor mill swirling, as they were a little touchy-feely on Steven Spielberg's yacht in Cannes. 

The "Inception" star and "Gossip Girl" starlet laughed and hugged while enjoying the beautiful scenery and basking in France's warm weather. Ever since Leo's split from Israeli model Bar Rafaeli, he's been spotted hanging out with Blake. An eye witness even spotted them entering the Hotel du Cap Eden Roc in separate entrances.

The pair are also said to be working together on a film adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald's classic novel "The Great Gatsby."
