Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon spent the first holiday season with their nine-month-old twins in Aspen.

Nick posted photos of he, his wife and dem babies on his website yesterday.

It looks like the couple were having a lovely time in Aspen up until Nick suffered kidney failure and had to be rushed to the hospital!

Nick looked like such a proud papa while holding the baby carriages, and his diva wife - new Jenny Craig spokeswoman - looked cute and slim in her white outfit and brown Louboutin boots.

Nick is doing well so far and Mariah even tweeted a pic of the loving couple cuddled up on his hospital bed.
