Well, as it turns out, the two divas and new AI judges aren't actually feuding - yet.

During their first press conference for the hit singing competition show, Mariah tried to set the record straight and squash any talk of a beef between the two. 

"How can we feud in two days? I think a feud takes a little longer," the "Butterfly" singer told reporters.

Nicki agreed and was just happy to be on stage with the team.

Now let's just say, the diva antics might come from Ryan and Randy Jackson! Seacrest revealed secrets of the real battle behind American Idol: 

"Randy will not share his mirror, and I've never seen that side of him before," quipped Seacrest, when asked who takes the longest to get ready. "It's causing friction between you and I."
