Planking is the latest craze to hit the internet.

For those who aren't sure what planking is, it's simply lying down face first with your arms touching the side of your body. The thrill is finding different crazy, fun, unique places to plank and of course, posting them online. Our favorite hip-pop celebrites have joined the craze and are popping up everywhere planking.

Rosario Dawson brought her planking skills to late night television when she stopped by "Jimmy Kimmel Live." The actress actually planked right on Jimmy's desk in a dress and stiletto pumps.

She admitted that she is hooked on planking and wants to become a part of the planking community. "We've got some stuff up our sleeves, like, there's competition happening between our groups ... What we're really trying to do is plank for peace ... It's a whole new cause ... We're planking all over Los Angeles. It's genius," she said. 

Rosario also stated she wished she knew about planking for her runway strut at the Cannes Film Festival. "If I had known about planking I would have planked on the runway. That would have been really, really cool."
