After tons of speculation that the diva had already gone in labor, the mother-to-be was spotted for the first time since the rumors exploded on the 'net.

Bey and her bump emerged onto the scene, leaving an office building in New York City while escorted by a protective body guard.

The 30-year-old looked happily proud and still heavily pregnant, even as numerous reports claim that she checked into St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital in NYC late last month.
