Two months after announcing they’re expecting a baby together, Halle Berry‘s man Olivier Martinez confirmed the ridiculously good looking couple is having a baby boy … and that they agreed to raise him back in the U.S.
The X-Men actress’ French baby daddy sat down with PEOPLE for an exclusive interview, in which he revealed all the juicy details about his baby’s citizenship, as well his French heritage.
“My son will be an American, but I remain French,” he said.
Though Olivier doesn’t plan to cast aside his French roots, he is fully embracing the differences in culture and has mad love for America.
“I’m French–it’s less important. Meaning, I remain a Frenchman in America, but I adapt to American culture. I feel good there–but I’m still a foreigner.”
We’re so excited for Nahla to have a baby brother and can’t wait to meet the little guy!
