The mom-to-be was spotted showing off her baby bump while heading to the airport from her home. But Kim didn't just show it off in any regular old mom way though - she sported a see-through shirt!

We have to say though, the look worked for Kimmy. So far our girl is handling all of the extra baby weight just fine.
