Kourtney Kardashian was out in West Hollywood when she dropped her cell phone. The expectant mother retrieved it while hiding her baby bump!

Kourtney Kardashian was doing a little shopping in West Hollywood when the unthinkable happened.

Kourt dropped her unprotected cell phone dead smack on the concrete! That didn't ruin her day though; the pregnant reality star quickly picked up her phone and continued on her day with a huge smile. 

Following her afternoon shopping spree she tweeted, "Positive energy! I feel bad for negative people wasting their lives away focusing on hating others...life is short...LIVE! Be happy. Night!"

The mother-to-be hid her baby bump with a leopard print jacket and oversized purse. This was just a day after pictures of her baby bump in a bikini surfaced online. 

Kourt is expecting her second child with boyfriend Scott Disick; a new baby girl or boy to accompany their adorable tot Mason.
