The 26-year-old "That's So Raven" actress was spotted doing a little shopping with her mother Lydia Gaulden and a friend with a large oversized afro in Beverly Hills.

Raven rocked a pair of little red hot pants and thigh high boots that showed off her legs. After their shopping spree, the trio had lunch outdoors at a Italian restaurant as the paps snapped pictures.

We normally see Raven covered up, but since she's shed a few pounds, Raven has certainly been pouring on the sexy.

Raven has dropped an amazing 70 pounds in the last year! She definitely seems like she's taking advantage of her new shape with a whole new wardrobe.
