The 36-year-old was spotted yesterday in Santa Monica heading to church with new husband, Jim Toth. She looked cute, but casual, in loose jeans, a blue sweater and flats.

Witherspoon smiled for the paps and was high energy while tapping away on her cell phone. Her two children with ex Ryan Phillippe, Ava and Deacon, didn't come along to the church outing, perhaps because it was too early for the little ones.
