On Tuesday, RiRi found herself a new home in Mardi Gras City, tweeting: 

The singer turned actress, who recently starred in the hit film Battleship, later tweeted:

Word on the street is that the 24-year-old "We Found Love" singer is in New Orleans working on the comedy The End of the World, which is set to be released in May 2013.

The movie takes place at James Franco's house, and it turns towards the funny when Seth Rogen, Emma Watson and many other celebrities are faced with the apocalypse!

Let's just hope RiRi doesn't pull a Justin Timberlake and focus completely on acting ... we'd like to hear a few Rihanna-helmed summer hits while heading to the beach!
