Rihanna was spotted out in NYC dressed in all black looking visibly upset as she left her Manhattan hotel en route to her grandmother's funeral in brooklyn.

Since the passing of her beloved Grandmother, to whom she affectionately refers to as Gran Gran Dolly, Rihanna has done her share of coping with the loss via public mediums and social platforms such as Twitter and Instagram.

But, yesterday as she departed to attend the burial and funeral services of her late grandmother, Rihanna looked like she just wanted to be left alone.

Dressed in a simple form fitting black dress with her hair pulled up in to a bun, a somber RiRi clutched tight to her assistants' hand as she departed her Manhattan hotel to attend the Brooklyn services for her Gran Gran. 

Our deepest condolences are with Rihanna at this time. Losing a hard one is always rough, but with the help of her loved ones and her Navy fan base, we are confidant she will pull through.
