R-Patz & K-Stew Split Up To Handle "Twilight" (PHOTOS)

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart might be getting back together while on the road to recovery, but when it comes to promoting the final Twilight installment, they are miles apart.

R-Patz was kicking it with kangaroos Down Under, while K-Stew was saying hi to Hello Kitty in Tokyo.

A straight-faced Robert Pattinson looked extra focused when he landed in Sydney for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2 promotional tour. Rob then suited up and put on a smile to take pics with fans and walk the red carpet.

Meanwhile, all the way across the globe in Japan, Kristen appeared in a much better mood, arriving in with a big smile on her face. It's been a while since we've seen the gloomy actress actually happy, but it looks like rekindling with her man is helping her spirits.
