The 36-year-old wrestled down a man named Timothy Jackson and while reaching into his car to snatch the phone, Russell ended up throwing it!

According to TMZ, the paparazzo filed the police report charging “criminal damages” against Russell, and no one is sure if Timothy got his phone back.
The police are currently looking for Russell for their investigation. Russ recently went through a public divorce with pop singer Katy Perry, so he hasn’t necessarily been in the best spirits.
