Many sources believed for awhile that Katy was pregnant, or that her marriage with Russ was on the rocks. At one point people believed that they had actually officially split up!
Katy and Russell have been married since October 2010 and were deemed relatively happy up until a few months ago.

Russell on the rumour that he and Katy have split up…
Ellen: “There is a rumour that and Katy split up.”
Russell: “What? She should’ve of told me. Yeah, there are always rumours aren’t there. In the end you have to just not engage with Internet technology, which is difficult because a lot of the nude women websites I quite enjoy (laughing.) But they’ve had to go. I’ve treated the whole Internet now like it’s a wicked little liar. Yeah. I am really happily married.”
Ellen: “Did you hear that rumour?”
Russell: “Yeah, I heard that rumour because you know if your job is to be on Telly and show off somebody will go there’s a rumour. Like someone that works with you. It’s called publicity or PR. There is a rumour. What is it? You’ve split up. Oh, no. Am I enjoying? Yes. Where am I now? You’re here. Good, good. Well, Just keep me informed. Being famous is like a little bit of you is taken away and goes off and lives on it’s own and does what it wants. I wish it would do more interesting things….”
Ellen: “So, it’s not true?”
Russell: “Well, I don’t know what he’s doing. The other me but I’m married to Katy. Perpetually, until death do us part was the pledge. I’m still alive.”
Russell on starting a family and being a godparent…
Ellen: “Katy says you are going to try and start a family. Are you going to have a family?”
Russell: “I would like one. I love those little babies in the beginning.”
Ellen: “Yeah, that’s how they start out.”
Russell: “They’re so lovely in that bit. Me and Katy are godparents to two twin boys. They’re called Sam and Donovan….”
Ellen: “How old?”
Russell: “They are just a year old. At first they were boring. They were just essentially little fluid factories. Generating fluids. No regard for what I was wearing.”
Ellen: “No.”
Russell: “Now, they are interesting. They smile and look at me and wonder..I’m just observing them like I’m a scientist.”
Ellen: “Yes.”
Russell: “So I can learn from them. Me and Katy are their godparents, which means we’re responsible for their spiritual growth. Should be interesting”
We're glad that Katy and Russell are still together! We can't wait to see little Katys and Russells running around!
