What do you give a man who has everything? Appreciation and respect should do the job, hopefully.

Today our boss man Uncle Rush turns 55 years old and instead of heading to St. Barts to ring in the big 5-5 in style like he does for most holidays, Russell is humbly traveling around South Florida working the college circuit, getting students educated and registered to vote (for Barack Obama, of course!)

Uncle Rush has accomplished a lot in his 55 years - making it from a drug dealer in Hollis, Queens, to the Godfather of Hip-Hop and one of the most respected self-made moguls in history.

If we mention all of his accomplishments, we'll be here 'til his next birthday, but today is the perfect opportunity to let him know how much we appreciate him, and how dope it is to actually work for him.

We want to wish the boss man our sincerest Happy Birthday, and of course, many more to come!
