Last night at the Dream Downtown Hotel in NYC, many celebs and do-gooders came out in support of the 10th Anniversary Gala of the Wayuu Taya Foundation.

The Foundation is a non-profit organization founded in 2002, which has been dedicated towards helping improve the lives of Latin-American indigenous people.

The Foundation works in the communities to aid the people's needs, mainly focusing on malnutrition, disease, and extreme poverty, while also helping to uplift and preserve the Latin-American heritage, culture, traditions, and beliefs.

Russell Simmons, Patricia Velasquez, Dayana Mendoza, Cu Cu Diamantes and Ivanka Trump, were just a few of the major names coming out to support the Wayuu Taya Foundation.
