Selena Gomez partnered with Good Morning America, not to talk about her breakup with Justin Bieber, but to make a sick little girl’s dream come true.

Last February, a little girl named Frehlee Gilmore was diagnosed with brain cancer. So the Make A Wish Foundation decided to make her dream come true: She wanted to meet Selena Gomez.

The Wish started out in New York City, with Frehlee ordering ice cream and talking with GMA host Josh Elliot, who told Frehlee:
“What if I said I could make that wish come true right now?”
When the young girl turned around, there was Selena. Josh goes on to ask Miss Gomez what it’s like to make people smile just by showing up?
Selena admitted: it’s the best part of her job.
Just goes to show you, a small gesture can go so far. Props to Selena!
