Kanye West's last tweet reads, "The world is our office." So it's no surprise that Yeezy is headed to Dubai to film his follow up to Runaway.

The Observer reports that Mr. West sent members of his team to meet with film companies and government officials based out of Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Doha Qatar, to explore the idea of a production.
Kanye's next film will be an art piece similar to Runaway and a bidding war has sparked between the Middle Eastern nations for Kanye's creation.
“In Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Doha all of the film initiatives are government controlled,” one source involved in the talks explained. “A bidding war is going on between various government entities and private investors to fund the film. There’s pretty intense rivalry here between Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Qatar. They all want to claim the film as their own and take credit for generating the publicity.”
The plot for this movie has not yet been revealed, but Kanye fell in love with the region when he performed there last year.

His creative team has moved to the region to get a complete grasp of the culture, and he wants to portray the locales and their cultures in a positive light.
“His reps seemed genuinely enthusiastic about creating a piece which highlights the culture accurately,” the source explained. “There’s a lot of preconceived notions and stereotypes about Emiratis and Qataris, which Westerners often play up. They discussed how Kanye is looking to bridge the cultural divide and break misconceptions.” Mr. West also reportedly plans to cast some local royalty, as “many of the Sheikhs like to be flashy and appreciate celebrity notoriety.”
