Just two weeks after the death of Tameka's son Kile Glover, she's fighting to keep her younger sons Naviyd Ely Raymond and Usher Raymond V, after the "Confessions" singer took her to court to petition for sole custody.
According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Usher took the stand and said: "I try to do all of my work when I don't have the children, but there may be times when there's an obligation of something that comes up."
Usher also complained about not getting his visitation, but Tameka explained:
"Of course, there was no provision for visitation regarding the death of a child. I'm sorry I didn't stick with my visit days, but my son passed."
The former husband and wife are still in court, but if you want an update on the proceedings, take a glimpse at the video below.
After going through such a horrific time, we wish both Tameka and Usher peace and understanding.
