It looks like the actual medicine, Theraflu, has some cold words for Mr. Kanye West.
Yeezy recently released a single entitled after the cold/flu relieving medicine and addressed his love for Kim Kardashian, his ex Amber Rose and her fiancé Wiz Khalifa.

But a company rep says they're not too happy with the affiliation. On the Hit-Boy produced track Yeezy raps:
"Way too cold, I promise you'll need some Theraflu, So cold I need Theraflu, I'm so high I need parachutes."
According to TMZ the rep says:
“We in no way endorse or approve of the references or use of the image and likeness of Theraflu in this manner.”
No specific word on legal action was made but there were some buzzwords like "image and likeness" thrown around that could lead to a lawsuit.
The rep adds:
“Theraflu is an over-the-counter product used to help relieve cold and flu symptoms that millions of consumers rely on.”

Hopefully this doesn't turn ugly! Kanye was also recently bashed by PETA for their reference in the song.
Does Theraflu have a point or are they taking this too seriously?
