Tim Tebow is blessed. There is no doubt about that.

He has had a tremendous football career from high school, to college and now to the NFL. But just how blessed is he?

He has been completing so many fourth quarter comebacks that some people are thinking there is some divine intervention going on. And I am one of them.

There is no other way to explain it. There is no way a quarterback with medium ability like Tebow can be so successful in the NFL if it weren’t God’s will. Sure, you could point to the surprisingly good Denver Broncos defense as a reason why they are winning so many games, (they are 7-1 with Tebow as a starter) but you would be overlooking the obvious reason.

PHOTOS: Tebowing Is Planking For God!

Tim Tebow may have a direct line to God. Because to anybody watching the last eight weeks it sure seems that way.

Not only does he have God on his side but it seems like the Man Upstairs is smiting down Tebow’s opponents as well.

How else can you explain what has happened? It’s getting to the point that when the Broncos are behind in the fourth quarter you just KNOW that there are going to win the game. No matter how dire the situation, deep down you have this feeling Tebow is going to pull it off. Not only is Tebow making amazing plays but the other team is making unbelievably bad plays to give the game to the Broncos.

Let’s take a look at the latest example.

This past Sunday the Broncos were down ten points with less than three minutes left to play to the Chicago Bears. Tebow drives the Broncos down to score a touchdown. The Bears were still leading 10-7. After a failed Denver onside kick the Bears had the ball with 1:58 to play. All they have to do is keep the ball inbounds and they would win the game. Unbelievably, Marion Barber runs the ball out of bounds, stops the clock and gives Denver some hope. The Broncos get the ball back with less than a minute left. Another small Tebow drive allows Broncos kicker, Matt Prater, to make a 59-yeard field goal to tie the game.

In overtime, the Bears are in field goal range when Barber fumbles the ball. They didn’t even need to gain another yard and they probably would have made the field goal and won the game. Broncos get the ball back and Prater kicks a 51-yard field goal to win the game.

Go ahead; tell me that’s not divine intervention.

The mistakes the Bears made and the good fortune of the Broncos can only be explained one way; God wants Tim Tebow to win. Non-believers can point to his so-so quarterback stats and his seemingly inaccurate throwing style but they will be missing the point.

God doesn’t care about stats, God cares about winning. And all Tim Tebow does is win football games.

Tim Tebow isn’t concerned with mere statistics and personal praise. He has only one focus and that is to bring a Super Bowl championship to the city of Denver. And if he can do that it will indeed be a divine miracle.
