One-month-old Blue Ivy Carter is in great health and reportedly doing fantastic! This is all according to a very reliable source: Beyonce's mother, Tina Knowles.

While Mama Knowles opened up about Blue Ivy, she's not sure who the baby looks like! When asked which parent the baby resembles most, she said:

"She's only a month old," she says. "So we have to give her a minute."

Tina also goes on to say:

"She's doing great… She's beautiful."

We believe it, too. And Ms. Knowles' grandmotherly responsibilities don't feel like duties at all. She proudly reports she's thoroughly enjoying the process of taking care of the new bundle of joy.

Ms. Knowles declared to People:

"It's the second best job I've ever had." 

And the first? We're guessing it was popping out Bey and raising her to be the R&B deity she is. While the family twiddles their thumbs, trying to figure out who the baby will look like most, we should take a guess too.
