Top Gun actor Tom Cruise is staying on top of his career, despite his recent divorce from ex-wife Katie Holmes.

Much to everyone's surprise, there was little to no drama surrounding the A-Lister's divorce proceedings. The two reached an agreed upon settlement yesterday - only about two weeks after Katie first filed a motion to split - and Holmes will have sole custody over their daughter Suri.

Tom is back to work already and was seen in California on the set of his new film, Oblivion. He arrived in a silver screen bus that is worth $1 milli, which was apparently given to him by Scientology bosses.

This was the first time we've seen the actor since Katie filed for divorce.
