It's official, former it-couple Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise are officially kaput! 

Katie, who filed for divorce from the 50-year-old actor back in June, is now a free woman.

A source close to the couple confirmed that a New York judge signed off on the final judgment on Monday, ending their marriage of five years.

Although the two have no interest in seeing each other, both Tom and Katie have agreed to stay in communication for the sake of their 6-year-old daughter Suri. Much has been said of Tom's super strict religion of Scientology as being the straw that broke the camel's back for Katie.
