Usher is a good daddy! When he’s not on the stage melting hearts, Usher is spending quality time with his two boys Usher V, 4, and Naviyd Ely, 3.

In an interview with People, he described a fun-filled Memorial Day where he and his sons engaged in a spontaneous water fight.
“We used bottles of water and got totally soaked,” he recalls. “Naviyd won. It was a hot day, and it just happened. I love fun times like that.”

The bonding and fun comes as a relief to the R&B star who was recently in court due to a custody fight with ex, Tameka Foster. Usher makes sure he sets the best example as he can for his sons in the time he has with them.
“Every time I open my mouth, I try to give as much advice as possible,” he explains. “If my children are unclear on something, I take the time to explain it to them.”
With an old man like that, Usher V and Naviyd better give daddy quite a gift on Sunday!
