Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Raymond had an intense custody battle and while the judge ruled in favor of the R&B singer, granting him primary custody, the drama continues to ensue.

Tameka has responded to the ruling by filing for a new trial, but now Usher is firing back, also filing his own response.

Tameka claims the judge had received campaign contributions from her ex's lawyer and was biased as a result but Usher is not having it. TMZ reports:

The singer filed his own response on Wednesday asking the court to deny Tameka's request, claiming her motion is "an assault on the integrity of the court." 

Usher believes Tameka is delusional, claiming if she were granted a new trial, it would be grounds for a reversal of ALL trials where a lawyer had contributed to a judge’s campaign.

Usher claims the motion "constitutes a continuum of [Tameka's] vile and unsupported claims that every person who dared testify against her ... is biased and tainted."

DETAILS: Tameka Raymond Responds To Primary Custody Ruling 

A judge hasn't ruled in the matter yet but Tameka has made it very clear that she will not give up on getting her sons back.

Hopefully these two can reach a resolution soon.
