Rowan Blanchard is one lucky girl, since she gets the opportunity to continue the '90s hit sitcom legacy that was Boy Meets World.
Being Cory and Topanga's daughter Riley won't be an easy task for anyone, but this 11-year-old girl just might be adorable enough to accomplish the job.
While she's not a name you immediately recognize, Rowan is no stranger to Hollywood.
Rowan might be a familiar face to the younger crowd, since she starred in the most recent Spy Kids movie from 2011, The Back-Up Plan, and the TV series Dance-A-Lot Robot.
Even though she's just 11-years-old, Rowan is already an avid user of Instagram as well as Tumblr, where she may even upload some sneak peeks on the new Girl Meets World set next month!
While she's making her come-up in Hollywood, she's already more than stoked to be starring in Girl Meets World, tweeting:
And her TV daddy is pretty excited to have her on board, since he also tweeted about the news of Rowan's casting:
Make sure you keep an eye out for Rowan, since she'll be raised by our favorite TV couple Cory and Topanga!
With the cast almost ready to start filming, it got us thinking about how we could compare the original Boy Meets World cast to a new one with the stars of today!
Check out our list of celebrities who should star as the cast for Girl Meets World below ... and see who we chose for Mr. Feeny!
If you're an 11-year-old, and you need a rebellious wingwoman, it seems like the only person that comes to mind is Willow Smith. She's up for any kind of adventure, while making up some of her own - just like Shawn Hunter!
Nolan Gould isn't the most familiar face in Hollywood, but fans of Modern Family know him as the adorable scene-stealing boy who gets into all kinds of trouble. While he's no Topanga Lawrence, he could be the male comparison to Rowan's character in Girl Meets World.
It seems like Eric Matthews is a character that we all thought could never be matched. Well, if anyone is a close second, it's definitely Jennifer Lawrence. Her quirky and adorable sense of humor is perfect to play the female equivalent role of the stud that was Eric Matthews. Too bad Cory and Topanga don't have an older sister for little Riley to look up to!
What other man speaks as eloquently as Mr. Feeny? Morgan Freeman of course! Just like Feeny's God-like wisdom, Morgan Freeman plays roles that are known for saying the perfect thing at the perfect time. The man did play God in Bruce Almighty, you know!
