The world has been in love with Willow Smith since she decided to "Whip Her Hair" back and forth all the way into our hearts. But ever since we heard Willow sing "Man In The Mirror" as the 9-year-old child of Jada and Will Smith at the Noble Peace Prize awards, we knew this girl was something special.

It was at that moment that she became more than a celebrity's child, she became our little sister, our little cousin, niece and auntie all at the same time. We were fascinated by her funky outfits, sassy interviews and wild hairdos that left us captivated.
Grown men and women all wanted to whip their hair back and forth, without shame. Parents finally had someone their daughters could look up to ... but then something happened.
While scholars haven't been able to put their finger on exactly what happened to young Willow, we all know something clicked.

Willow went from animal print pants, whipable hair and creative nail art, to hanging with Tyler, the Creator, shaving her head and swinging from stripper poles. Now I won't go as far as to say that Willow is spiraling out of control, but is there a debate to be had that Willow is growing up a bit too fast?
Will and Jada have preached their beliefs that Willow should have control over her body, and make some of her own decisions, but her most recent shenanigans have us at a crossroads. Young Willow is now a member of the family and if our 11-year-old family member came back with a tongue ring - real or fake - they shall know the fear of God after we were done with 'em.
Yet, they say let he who is without sin cast the first stone.
We are not saying that Willow Smith shouldn't have shaved her head. We think it's cute. We are not saying that Willow Smith shouldn't dance on a pole, kids don't know any better.
So what the love of her life is Tyler, the Creator, who makes songs about things that would make the devil blush. Who hasn't has a questionable childhood crush?
But is a fake tongue ring going too far? When you add in the millions of dollars she's been made in the past three years, probably not.
