After spending $250,000 on 22 different breast enhancement surgeries, Sheyla Hershey now has a 38KKK bra size, and about 85 fluid ounces of saline in each breast. That equals more than a six-pack of soda!

While she has lost the ability to do many regular things, such as running and jumping, she definitely seems confident in her decision.
