'YUUUP!' Trey Songz Is In A Battle With A Reality TV Star! (DETAILS)

It seems celebs just can't keep their butts out of court case drama nowadays.

Now it looks like R&B sensation Trey Songz is another celeb to land himself in some hot water.

The heartthrob has been hit with a lawsuit from Storage Wars reality TV star, Dave ‘The Mogul’ Hester over his catch phrase "Yuuuup."

Trey has been in an ongoing battle over his signature sound for quite some time.

The 26-year-old's legal team first sent a cease and desist letter to Hester requesting he stop using the phrase on merchandise. 

For those who don't know, Storage Wars is a reality program on A&E that profiles auctioneers as they digs through storage units for treasure.

Now the Storage Wars star Hester has a filed his own suit in a Manhattan Federal Court claiming his phrase is clearly different.
