• Previous online experience

Product Management Internship

Requirements

Graphic Web Designer Internship

QA Manager

Requirements

Requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience in software testing.

Must be able to manage large complicated projects while effectively partnering with development and solving problems, which cross organizational boundaries.

The candidate must have a proven track record in implementing and using automation and white-box tools and strategies. The candidate must have a solid understanding of end-to-end workflow testing that focuses on the user experience.

Must be able to foster a creative and collaborative climate with cross-functional groups, while providing leadership that result in clearly measurable quality criteria and plans. Skilled at gathering, analyzing, and monitoring progress and trends to ultimately reduce risk and improve quality of deliverables to our customer.

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment, and work effectively with a variety of development and testing methodologies, deployment environments.

Must exhibit good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with different software testing techniques, i.e.: Blackbox, Whitebox, Networking, Relational Database, GUI, Client-Server, Stress Testing, etc.

Responsible for the following activities:

• Establishing quality goals, testing strategies and release criteria.
• Monitoring the creation of and execution on test plans, schedules, test cases and related test artifacts and ensuring the proper execution of plans and test cases.
• Developing and implementing a strategy to effectively develop and utilize automated testing.
• Providing vision and direction to ensure continuous improvement and establishment of best practices.
• Manage use of issue-tracking system effectively to maximize product quality and productivity for Development personnel.
• Working closely with development and project management.
• Ensure the stability, performance, and security of the live site.

Responsible for verifying and validating that all site releases and relevant software products function as intended by the requirements, designs, and implementations set by the management team.

The ideal candidate is a QA Manager who will 'own' the QA process. Someone who has a strong background in White Box testing and Automated testing. They will be accountable for quality of the product, including functionality, usability and performance. The QA Manager should be able to oversee the writing of test plans. He or she should be able to lead the structure and implementation of the Testing process.
