Justin Bieber arrived in Norway yesterday for his concert and all hell broke loose - literally. 

A whopping 49 girls were hurt in the pandemonium, and 14 teenage girls were taken away in ambulances. 

The Mayor of Oslo, Norway threatened a state of emergency if the crowd didn't relax, and after a few hours of chaos, Justin's "Beliebers" finally got the message: it's not THAT serious.

Aware of the "fandemonium" brewing in Norway, Justin Bieber got on Twitter to calm his fans down. 

Justin's free concert included a short set of only six songs, four new and two old. Justin's international show will be appearing on his Around The World television special. 

We're just glad no one was seriously injured!
