50 Cent recently got his promoter license from the New York State Athletic Commission for his company TMT (The Money Team) Promotions. Instantly, questions began to emerge as to whether or not the rapper would start promoting boxer Floyd “Money” Mayweather, his BBF.

Those questions have been answered.

Last night, 50 Cent basically confirmed that he would be promoting Floyd Mayweather when he gets home from jail (the boxer is currently serving 87-days in Clark County Detention Center in Las Vegas.)

In the process, he also took some shots at Mayweather’s current promoter, Oscar De La Hoya, the owner of Golden Boy, who was also once a professional boxer.

It all started when Oscar sent out this Tweet:

50 perceived this as a shot, and in typical 50 manner, answered accordingly:

Oscar tried to be peacemaker, but 50 wasn’t really having it:

We’re not sure, but we are assuming 50 is calling Oscar “baby girl” because a couple of years ago, embarrassing pictures of the former boxer dressed in drag leaked on the ‘net.

Whatever, things are about to get interesting when Money Mayweather comes home from jail in a couple of weeks.
