Adele Reveals Her Struggle To Swear After Vocal Cord Surgery (VIDEO)

UK singer Adele had one of the most heard voices in 2011, so it came as a shock to everyone when she had to endure invasive vocal cord surgery last November.

Since then, Adele has fully recovered and will be gracing America with her voice once again on the 54th Annual Grammy Awards this Sunday, February 12th. 

In a candid interview with Anderson Cooper, Adele revealed how she was practically mute for two months after vocal cord surgery.

Adele also shared how she had to communicate via pen and pad and phone applications for November and most of December. 

"Yeah it was really hard, because I love to talk," she says. "I found this one app where you can swear, so I’m still really getting my point across.”

Adele's 60 Minutes interview with Anderson Cooper will premiere right before the Grammy Awards at 7 p.m. on CBS.
