The premise of the EP is that Joy is being interviewed, so before each song there is a short segment where Joy answers questions about her life and career. 

Highlights of Boss Bitch Music, which is heavily influenced by the South, include the EP's Ca$h Out-assisted first single, "I'm the Bomb," and the Biggie-inspired "10 Bitch Commandments."
