Just a couple months ago Nicki Minaj pulled a twitter disappearance on us and now Azealia Banks has done the same.
The femcee is going on a complete make over of her career. She deleted her Twitter, fired her manager Troy Carter and is now saying she is trading in her rapper title to be a vocalist.

On her Tumblr she announced:
“i never was…. and as soon as i started paying attention to bullshit urban media, i started getting myself in trouble. From now on i’m a vocalist, and will not be associating myself with the “rap game”… or whatever the fuck that means… no more twitter for me… it makes me entirely too accessible. Catch me on tumblr… it’ll be more interesting.”
After causing a frenzy among her fans, the Harlem native clarified she will still touch the mic, she’s just ditching the labels, posting:
“i just don’t want the label and all the other crap that comes with the “rap game”… it’s boring. rather be a dance artist.. lol.”

Banks has been busy working on her debut album and a couple months ago she tweeted some frustration with her management. She felt the need to be in the studio working on her new project, while her management had some shows in mind instead. Azealia later canceled a bunch of those shows and has now kicked her manager to the curve!
