Uncle Sam can't hold the Broad Street Bully down!
Beanie Sigel announced he will be dropping a new album, This Time, before heading to prison on September 12.
News broke earlier this week that former Roc-a-fella Records rapper Beanie Sigel would be heading to prison for tax evasion.
Joining the long list of celebrities who seem to forget to pay their taxes, Uncle Sam came a'knocking to collect an estimated $730,000 in back taxes from Beanie.
Beanie was sentenced to two years in prison for failure to file his taxes on July 12, but he won't be hitting the pen until two months later.
So what's a Philly bull to do with two months of playtime?
Drop an album! Duh!
Beanie Sigel plans to release This Time with the help of Ruffhouse Records on August 28.
Beanie's first single "Reunion" is set to be distributed to the radio and the blogs next week.
