Sabi’s been on the scene since 2008, paving her way through the music industry as one half of the duo The Bangz.
But when her music partner in crime, Elle Ann, got seriously injured in a drive-by shooting, the promising group had to disband.
However, Warner Brothers realized how talented and energetic Sabi was, and so continued to help cultivate her career as a solo artist.
She hopped back on the scene debuting on several singles including Britney Spears’ “(Drop Dead) Beautiful” and soon began to release her own new music.
“Wild Heart," the dubstep-infused second single on her upcoming debut album, scored several promos of the E! reality TV show Kim & Kourtney Take New York, and was later released on iTunes after its popularity skyrocketed.
Now, Sabi’s finally ready to take center stage.
Below, catch a glimpse of the 23-year-old singer as she teams up with hometown Inglewood, CA director Mike Mahil to bring you a behind the scenes look at her first video as a solo artist.
