T.I. drops yet another teaser video to his upcoming 2012 mixtape F*ck Da City Up.

After admitting to MTV earlier that he was indeed flirting with the idea of releasing new music prior to his next studio album Trouble Man, the King of the South took to his official Twitter account on December 20th and confirmed that fans could anticipate a mixtape drop on New Year’s Day.

And what better way to set the stage than to stimulate the public with a 50-second black and white video of T.I. hanging out in the studio with legendary producer Dr.Dre?

But don’t press the Atlanta rapper on whether or not any new music heard will also be featured on his album or not:

“I’m going to continue to present music and every time I present music, please don't get hung up on whether or not it’s a single. Just listen to the music and enjoy it, okay? That’s all I ask. Don’t try and lock me down and force me to commit to one song or another—because I’ve got a lot of songs. Just listen to the music and enjoy it. There should be no commitment when it comes to music, we should be free to listen to as much music as much as we like.” – T.I.

Judging by the track which scores the 50-second teaser video, the F--- Da City Up mixtape sounds like it will certainly be worth the wait.
