The R&B singer takes fans behind the scenes of the video for first single "86" off her debut Goldenheart, which will not only be a music video, but a short film as well.

While in sexy Native-American and Medieval-style garb, you literally get to see Dawn journey into the past, paying respects to her former group Danity Kane, her childhood, and her hometown of New Orleans.

“We’re using all the things in my past that people may view as negative as a catalyst to be inspiring—to fight for something,” explains Dawn.
