To Beyonce's defense, the overall ratings for this year's Super Bowl were about 108 million viewers on average, landing Super Bowl XLVII as the third most watched Super Bowl in U.S. television history.

The average viewership of last year's Super Bowl was about 111 million viewers, with a peak of 117 million viewers, which contributed to Madonna's higher ratings.

Beyonce's halftime show scored a 71 rating with 100 million viewers, while Madonna broke records with a 72 rating with approximately 114 million viewers.

While Beyonce's show was nothing short of amazing, more fans tuned in to see Madonna's iconic "Vogue."

In other Beyonce news, the good people at Extra TV caught up with Beyonce fresh off the Super Bowl stage, where she was so elated about her performance she exclaimed she wanted to "go to Disney World."

When asked about causing the Super Bowl blackout, Beyonce responded:

"There was a blackout? Lord Jesus, it's a fire."

We're glad Baddie Bey has quite a sense of humor.
