Damn Right! Big Boi Will Appear On Frank Ocean's "Pink Matter" With Andre 3000 (DETAILS)

Posted January 2, 2013 by Brittany Lewis for Global Grind Staff

Now, this is the news we look forward to in the new year.

NEW VIDEO: Big Boi, T.I. & Ludacris "In The A"

Vicious Lies And Dangerous Rumors rapper Big Boi will join his Outkast homie Andre 3000 on Frank Ocean's Channel Orange track "Pink Matter."

A few months before Frank Ocean's debut album hit store shelves, Big Boi revealed that he was supposed to join Andre 3000 on the Frank Ocean ballad, but in order to stray away from Outkast reunion speculation, Big Boi and Andre both decided it would be best if Andre stayed on the track solo.

Well, with a new year ahead of us, it's out with the old and in with the new. With the new year comes new decisions and in Big Boi's case, new collaborations.

MUSIC: Big Boi & Kid Cudi "She Hates Me"

Earlier today, HipHopDX tweeted about Big Boi's appearance on Frank Ocean's "Pink Matter," and the Atlanta rapper quickly tweeted back that the two Outkast members will first appear together on T.I.'s Trouble Man track "Sorry," which currently features a very apologetic Andre 3000.

When Big Boi and Andre 3000's collaboration on T.I.'s "Sorry" is released, it will mark the first time in six years that the two Outkast homies have collaborated.

Although there's no word when either collaboration will be released, this is the best music news we've heard all year.
