It’s almost time!

About a month ago, Big Sean got us all pretty excited when he showed us that he was in the studio making some music magic with the legendary Eminem.

While we still have to do some waiting to hear the G.O.O.D Music rapper’s historical music moment, he’s still building some of the anticipation in the mean time.

Sean sat down with MTV to talk about recording with Em’, and revealed what we can expect from it:

“People can expect a Detroit classic. You might get it for my album, you might get it for his album, you may get it a little later. We gotta work all that out.”

He also talked about how surreal it was for him to work in the studio with Marshall Mathers himself:

“I just remembered when my mom bought me his [first] album from Costco or something a long-ass time ago, so you can just imagine going from that moment—being a lil’ ass boy—to fast forward 10 years later and being in the studio with him.”

Apparently these two also have a lot in common:

“It was funny because every story I told him about how I lost a lot of friends, and lost relationships and girls…and [how I’ve] made new friends, he was like, ‘Man, it’s crazy, because every story you telling me, I got the exact same story just in a different way. Real Gs, similar tales.”

Well, Hall Of Fame is set to come out later this year, so we’ll see if Eminem made the feature list that includes Nas and Miguel.

We can hardly wait to see what these two Detroit rappers cooked up for us!
