Up and coming rapper Cakes Da Killa knows what he’s about and doesn’t apologize for it. And why should he have to?

He is way too dope to have to explain himself!

Although the term “queer rap” has been a buzz word in the blog world these days, Cakes’ quick-witted and flash-fire rhyming skill push boundaries, placing him right on par with many of the most talented new spitters out there – gay or straight

Lucky for us, this 21-year-old college student’s extracurricular activity has manifested into a stellar EP titled Easy Bake Oven, vol. 1.

On tracks like “Mussy Mayhem” and “The Birdcage,” the rapper (government name: Rashard Bradshaw) rhymes over some of the hottest Junior M.A.F.I.A beats, invoking ’90s nostalgia while updating the tracks with his own freshness. His powerful and direct delivery is a force to be reckoned with.

NEW MUSIC: Azealia Banks And Styles P “Nathan”

Cakes Da Killa cites Lil Kim, Cam’ron, and Foxy Brown as some of his major musical influences.
