Pop starlet Carly Rae Jepsen teams up with Ms. Minaj to remix her pop smash “Tonight I’m Getting Over You.”
MTV caught up with Carly’s manager, Scooter Braun, who gushed about Carly’s new remix:
“Nicki killed the verse, and it’s great. When Carly Rae and Nicki get together, they make songs about getting over guys. Whenever girls do songs about getting over men, they seem to do really well.”
“Tonight I’m getting over/medidating do my yoger/then a trip to the club in a Rover, a Celine bag on my shoulder,” raps Nicki.
Fans haven’t heard a lot from Carly on the music front lately, but the Canadian starlet has been keeping her name in the news by her social activism against discrimination.
