Controversial Chicago teenage rapper Chief Keef may be finding himself back in jail.

BANG BANG! Pitchfork Retracts Chief Keef Gun Range Interview

The 17-year-old rapper is currently on probation for 18 months for pointing a gun at a Chicago police officer, and his controversial Pitchfork gun range interview may be landing him back in the pen.

Pitchfork, who has since taken the interview down, took the then 16-year-old rapper to shoot a couple shells at the gun range.

According to Cooks County prosecutors, Chief Keef’s gun range interview is a big no, no, and violates his probation terms.

The Chicago Sun Times Reports

Prosecutors argued today in a Chicago juvenile court that Chief Keef should go back to jail for violating his probation, pointing to a controversial Pitchfork video interview with the Chicago rapper at a gun range. Cook County prosecutors say that because Keef can be seen with a gun in the Pitchfork video, he is violating probation conditions that prohibit him from having any firearms or illegal drugs or associating with gang members. Prosecutors also pointed to Keef’s failure to earn a GED before a deadline set by his probation, and a September 30th incident when Chicago police found Keef with members of the Black Disciple gang while responding to a call of gang disturbance.

HE HAS A NAME: Chicago rapper Lil JoJo Gun Downed!

This latest development with Chief Keef and the law comes about a month after the “Don’t Like” rapper was criticized for his tweets about the death of his rival, Lil Jojo, and beefing with fellow Chicago rapper Lupe Fiasco.

Chief Keef claimed his Twitter account had been “hacked,” but the damage was already done.

Chief Keef has another court hearing on November 20.

We hope Keef can keep on the straight and narrow for the time being, and hopefully, he won’t have to go to jail.
