It all started when Chris Brown allegedly tweeted out a jab at musical icon Cher:
The tweet was deleted soon after it was published, but not before Cher’s loyal fans had a chance to screen shot it. Her army tweeted the disrespectful words to their general.
Cher immediately replied to the controversy with:
Team Breezy then stepped in and ruthlessly went after Cher and her army.
After a few moments Chris finally stepped in and cleared up the entire mess, tweeting:
It’s claimed that the initial tweet was drafted through a fake tweet-duplicating site, and that Chris never actually scribed the controversial 140 characters that started it all.
Either way, both parties have, for the time being, called a truce on it all.
The @Cherarmy1 twitter account has been suspended as well.
