In the song, all Chris wants to do is go back home where things were so much simpler. The video is just a collage, showing Chris' various travels around the world.

We see the many emotions of Chris: from the happier times to sadder ones. 

It's good to see that even with all of the bullsh*t swirling around Chris, dude wants to keep it strictly to the music.
